We are an independent, privately owned business. We are registered with the State of Florida, and we have current licenses to manage properties in Polk, Osceola, Lake and Orange counties. (We will gladly provide license copies upon request)

Owner/Manager Howard A Hutcheson has over 20 years of property maintenance experience, providing his services and expertise to many well known companies, including Red Lobster and Olive Garden Restuarants. He has also supervised appartment complex maintenance, and has served in the US Air Force.
