The information that follows is our Cancellation and house policies. "WE ASK THAT YOU READ THEM CAREFULLY".

All reservations are required to place a deposit of no less than 50% at the time of booking by credit card in order for you to receive your confirmation. Your final balance will be charged to the credit card number on file no less than 14 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to your check in date. Please note the summer seasons (June-August) and Holidays, Christmas and Easter: reservation balances due 21 business days prior to your check in date. All reservations are required to be paid in full at the time of booking if check-in date is less than 7 business days prior to reservation check in date.

IN ADDTION, A SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250.00 (3-4 BEDROOM UNITS), $300.00 (5-6 BEDROOM UNITS), IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR CHECK-IN: AS WELL AS A PHOTOCOPY OF A MAJOR CREDIT CARD AND A VALID PICTURE ID OF THE CARDHOLDER. This security deposit is held only on an authorization hold and fully refundable subject to no damages/breakage or missing items and/or home inventory, occurring to the home during your stay. Please note if you or any of your guests do cause damage/breakage of over the authorized amount held the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the damages, labor and/or replacement costs.
Please understand that if you change your plans, your right to a refund is limited. Cancellation with full refund less a $35.00 administration fee permitted up to 4 weeks prior to reservations arrival date. (Monthly reservations must be cancelled no less than 65 days prior to check-in date on reservation confirmation for full refund less a $35.00 administration fee). Cancellation within 27- 14 days prior to check-in date will result in 50% loss of the reservation's total amount. Cancellations with in 13 days or less of reservations arrival date, non-arrivals, or early departures shall result in loss of all funds paid. Please note the cancellation polices may be altered or waived only at the discretion of Red Carpet International Red Carpet International. Is not responsible for cash or valuables left in the villas during your stay or forgotten on your departure
